1/4 c walnuts
1 large banana
1/2 t cinnamon

1 T flax meal
1/4 c rolled oats (uncooked)
1 c frozen mixed berries
1 T honey or other sweetener, like agave syrup
2 large handfuls of baby spinach
1 c milk
Blend until smooth. Enjoy this easy smoothie that will jump start your day in a blender.
Mango Tango Lift
1 t flax seed
1/8 c walnuts
1-1/2 c frozen mango/pineapple/strawberry blend
1 T honey
2 large handfuls of baby kale
1 c milk
Whirl it in your blender until desired consistency.
