Neutral Eyes and Red Lips

One of the best looks for this holiday season is easily neutral eye makeup paired with red lips. There is nothing prettier or more simple than this. You can easily create this look yourself. You will just need to take some neutral colors, such as warm golds and bronzes and blend them on your eyelids. You can add a little bit of eyeliner if you want to and some mascara. Keep it simple though. You can then add some matte finish lipstick in a nice bright red shade for a beautiful contrast. Give it a try for a holiday party!

Bronze and Green

Another nice look for the holiday season is to mix metallic colors like bronze and gold with some deep green. The green is always nice this time of year. You will want to apply some primer to your eyelids and simply start applying the bronze eye shadow and the gold eye shadow. Blend them together until you’re happy. You will then want to use a nice Emerald green shade on the crease of your eye. It won’t be too bold, but it will peek out and give your eyes some definition. You can use a forest green or emerald green eyeliner and some black mascara for a glam look. This will be best paired with a coral lipstick or gloss.

Gold and Berry

Finally, one of the prettiest looks this holiday season is mixing metallic gold with a shimmery berry color. You will want to start out by using a gold toned primer on your eyelids. Start by applying gold eye shadow to your lids. You will then want to blend the gold eye shadow into pink and then pink into bronze to create a berry look. You can apply some black eyeliner if you want to and mascara for a more defined look. This makeup will look great with a berry colored lip as well.
There are many great holiday looks that you can try this holiday season. If you do your makeup the same way every day, do not be afraid to try something different or a bit more glamorous for the holiday party you have been invited to. These looks are all simple to do and will look great on you this holiday season!
