How To Make Mango Juice
Mango juice is high in vitamin C and A, along with traces of vitamin E, B and K. and minirals. Mango juice could benifit those who suffer from a number of aliments, such as cocitpitaion, heart diseases and tress. The fruit has coper and potassium, and traces of magnesium, manganese, selenium, calcium, iron and phosphorus.

Ingredients:
Ripe mangoes
Sugar
Water or milk
Dry fruits
Mathod:
1- wash, peel and cut the mangoes into small pieces.
2- Blend the mango pieces with sugar and water in a blender.
3- Pour into a glass and add some crushed ice and dry fruits.
