Spain has been named one of the healthiest countries in the world. Taking a look at the type of dishes they produce, it’s not hard to see why. Compared to a stereotypical British diet consisting of steak pies, Yorkshire puddings in one of part of the country and haggis and potatoes in the other, I think we could all stand to learn a thing or two from Spanish hospitality.
