Green Tea Smoothie
For an Asian-inspired smoothie, try this
one on for size. Don't worry about the spinach if you've never had a smoothie
containing this ingredient before. It's ridiculously good for you and combines
well with grapes and avocado for a dash of protein and fiber. The recipe calls
for a strongly-brewed green tea, which you can achieve by using double the
green tea.
3 cup frozen white grapes
2 cup baby spinach
1 ½ cup strong brewed green tea, cooled
1 medium ripe avocado
2 tsp honey
Banana Spice Smoothie

1 cup chopped cantaloupe
1/2 cup of pineapple fresh or canned
1/3 cup ground almonds
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
The Cherry Bomb
This smoothie has a taste as good as the
name is fun. Kiwi usually goes with strawberry, but you will find it blends
perfectly with cherries, O.J. and agave. This frozen beverage is packed with
nutrients that your body needs.
3/4 cup frozen cherries
1 kiwi , peeled and quartered
1/4 cup orange juice
