Botox or Dysport: Which Will You Choose
Today, there are many women and even men who are unhappy with the way their face looks. As we age, we all get those annoying fine lines and wrinkles. Some of us choose to let time do its thing, but others want to erase those lines and wrinkles that are caused by the years piling up. There is a product on the market called Botox that will help to get rid of fine lines and wrinkles. However, recently, a product similar to Botox, known as Dysport has shown up on the market. If you’re sitting in the doctor’s office, which will you choose?

Information About Botox
Botox has been on the market for over 30 years and has a great track record. Doctors trust Botox and are not afraid to recommend it to their patients. Botox is a form of a botulinum toxin type A that relaxes wrinkle forming muscles. How does it work? It causes the muscles to weaken and then the wrinkles will appear softer and less visable. When you get Botox injections, you can expect that your results will last for about three to four months. After you get injections for so long, however, you may realize that the effects of the injections are less noticeable and that you almost develop an immunity to them. However, Botox is great for people who want results on a small, targeted area. This means if you have crows’ feet around the eyes, Botox will get rid of them. You will see your results from Botox injections in three to four days.

Information About Dysport
Dysport is made with the same exact ingredient as Botox is but it is new on the market. If you are looking for faster results, you will see them with Dysport. Your results will only take about a day if you choose to get Dysport injections. Another reason you may want to choose Dysport is because it works on a larger area than Botox does. Dysport is also less expensive than Botox is, so if you are not looking to spend a ton of money, but you still want to see results, you may want to get Dysport injections instead.

At the end of the day, it will be up to you and your doctor to decide which brand of injection will be the best for you. Be sure to do your research and weigh the pros and cons of both products before making a final decision. Always do what is right for you and know what you want. Whichever product you choose will deliver you great results and you will be looking better than ever.
