How To Make Banana Shake :

Bananas are great food for all round health benefits. For the everage person, dieter or even athletes.
Bananas are good for your heart and nerves, bones, kidney, blood and dietry fiber.

Ingredients:
Banana
Elichi powder
Suger
Water or milk

Method:
1- Peel bananas and cut into small pieces.
2- Put banana, suger and water in a blender.
3- Blend the mixture until smooth.
4- pour into glasses and add pinch of elichi powder over it.
5- Add dry fruits and serve with ice cube.
